Brief Description:  Make template for weight movement in Distributor

Ordered MR Gasket 928G for the springs and bushings to set the advance.

Made template to determine where to notch the rotor plate. Want to talk to WW before cutting metal here.

Called Ron Milan to get rotational information about the distributor, (CW looking in from top). Gonna run it in on the lathe and Ron suggested using the steady rest to hold the body, (good idea!). Got it running at 1500 rpm and no heat, gonna leave it run for 3 hours.

Made template showing distributor ID, plus .1" in and .2" in to be able to mark the other side of the notch on the rotor where the weights are almost touching the distributor.

Spun the distributor for 3 hours at 1500 RPM on the lathe to run it in. No Heat buildup.

Ron Milan gets credit for the steady rest idea for holding the body. I was thinking of something entirely different.
