Brief Description:  Re-work Points plate for proper orentation

Randy Holland saw what I was doing and mentioned that I may have the orentation wrong. He was right. Once I got the points and rotor it was clear I needed to fix it.

Here are Randy's instrictions:
I started with the original points plate, and rotated the vacuum advance plate fully clockwise against the stop, and transferred the holes from the vacuum plate to the main plate underneath. Then I removed the vacuum plate, and was left with essentially a template that I could match drill all the necessary holes for mounting the points. By rotating the plate 180 degrees (using the mounting holes as a reference), I was able to locate the holes for the second set of points.

I welded two holes and re-did the plate.

Finished it off by tack welding nuts below the plate to increase the grip of the screws.
