Talked to WW about developing a blank out of .125 and saving some welding. He seemed to like the idea. I will test it out and send him the template and manufacturing directions. Dan Wessman gave me the dimension for the cupped bushing washers as 1.25" dia and .125 thick. This is the Day Dino and Eric stopped by to see the project.
