It was a hit and miss kinda day, caught a dang cold. This is todays progress.
The inlet tube is 5/8" 6061-T6 .032" wall. Packed it tight with fine sand and used the Larry Mac bending method. Couldn't get a tight radius so I used a formed 90 degree end from the Auto/Airccraft Store on each side.
Called Zenith and am having Roger make up a brake line fitting kit for me.
The down tube (outlet) has a tight radius from cutting vees out of the tube, bending, then welding it back up. Did this so it exits to the rear.
