Made .5" OD press fit bushing so a standard 3/8" bolt can be used at the pivot point on the alternator.
Cleaned up the inside cutout.
Measured from the face of the bracket to the center of the Engine pulley and the Alternator pulley and came up with a difference of .385". Made spacers of .385 and bolted it tight to measure the spacers off the head which are 2.35" .
Marked the slot end holes, setup the rotary table and cut the slot.
