I saw some goobers hanging inside the intake so I drilled em out and pulled (with gravity) the metal back to the out side of the tube. It took several setups and you gotta get good at welding upside down.
Made expanding plugs for the ends from sanding drums and a plate and gasket to seal and pressurize (7 psi) the intake. Found a leak with soap spray, welded it, test again and it passed.
