Setup lathe to thread the 14 threads per inch on the one inch diameter. Angle compound at 29.5 degrees, zero compound (with infeed at about .125" left to feed in), touch off with cross slide, feed tool in only with compound about .005 each till final cut at .057"
Use lots of lube.
The Smithy cuts inch threads real well. You can use the numbers.
