Cut Hinge to length. Marked rear spar 85mm and 80mm for the aileron and flap locations from rib 7. Clamped hinge to rear spar and marked the holes, center punched and drilled 3/32 holes in the hinge. Clecoed hinge to rear spar and back drilled the remaining to 3/32 holes.
Marked other side of the hinge flange with the drilled holes, same spacing. Center punched and drilled to 3/32.
Held hinge flange to line and drilled 3/32 hole at the outboard end hole, insert cleco, hold flange to line and repeat the process towards the inboard end.end. Looked at the straight line along the hinge pin and finished clecoes up to #21 drill in the flap and mating hinge.
Dissembled and deburred, re assembled and stopped for the night.
