Brief Description:
Wing Locker
With hinge sandwiched under LE skin and clamped in place, marked hole centers with #21 drill. Used drill press to finish drill hinge with 3/32, #30, and #21.
Layed out rivet line on the hinge, pilot drilled and transfered it to the Cover Plate.
Mark hole centers in hinge
Pilot drill hinge to cover plate
Next, give it shape
