Brief Description: Drill for rivets along top spar cap angle
Remove tack rivets and slip LE skin under rear skin. Pull skin in place with straps and line up the 10mm line with the pilot holes along the top spar cap angle. Tap LE skin from end to line up rib rivet lines, check, drill pilot holes along top spar cap angle and cleco every so often. Finish drilling all pilot holes through the LE skin along the main spar cap angle.
Release LE skin from under rear skin and replace the tack rivets. Silver Cleco the LE skin every other hole along the top spar cap angle and drill out open holes to #30, install 1/8 clecoes. Remove silver clecoes and drill out to #30 then drill em again to #21. Install 5/32 clecoes, remove the 1/8" clecoes and drill out to #21.
I used a riser to make the work easier, milk crates and 2"x6"x 6'. It gets me just high enoug to avoid back strain.
