Touched up some primer spots on the wing ribs and spars.
Re-checked and adjusted the sending units with the OHM meter, aligned and marked reference lines off the long side of the nylon wire tab base.
Purchased some "Flame Master" FuelTank Sealant from Van's Aircraft and placed a bead on the metal bead on the sending unit making sure to go around each of the screw holes. Placed gasket, notch towards VDO mark then installed the inner metal flange with the long screw & fibre washer. Placed a bead of the Flame Master around the hole in the tank then positioned the sending unit to the alignment marks. Installed and slowly tightened the rest of the screws watching the ooze of the Flame Master.
