Here are some photos of the Miller Syncrowave 200 I used to weld the .032 6061-T6 tanks and hardware. The torch is an air cooled one and it has not over heated. I pressed the buttons to get the settings pictures, but note this, the square wave pulse was not used. The actual weld settings look like image 2. Bob say I am only drawing about 27-28 amps when welding the .032. This is a fuse weld and can be made very easy using this equipment. The real secret is the 3.25 reading glasses I'm wearing to see this tiny arc.
