First I need to make one of the L angles 135 degrees. This was done using a vice with soft jaws and stops (.55") and closing up one of the pre-made 90 deegree angles. The soft jaws are 3/4" maple about 5" wide. I actually took it down in steps, first to a 3/4" stop then to the .55" stop. Just close the vice then open and move about 2.5" and repeat for the entire length.
