Placed a small clamp for the corners and ran the step drill through to 3/8" dia for the center hole in the strips.
Image 2) Read about making up some washers from a milk bottle so thats what I did. Punched a hole about .3" then used the DZUS screw head as a template to draw the outer circle. Cut them out with snips then placed all of them on a 5/16" dia bolt with washers on each end then ground them to final diameter with a 3" disk in a die grinder.
