Studied the print and cut the .025 & .032 x 15mm x 480mm shims for the cover spacing.
Image 1 & 2 show the parts and the end of my work bench with the Harley parked in for the night. The front wheel fits under the table end at this height. Now have one more horizontial surface to collect stuff on.
Image 3) Trimmed the Sparcap end of the Rear Wing Skin to size. I will set the hinge and use the door to layout and cut the final hole in the wing.
