Brief Description: Strip for lower lens cover screws, Wing Locker
Took a picture of the outboard end of the lens to try and show the slight angle cut on the lens. Anyway, opened the lens holes to 1/4" and made up a strip out of .032 6061-T6 for the screws in the lower lens. Got it all in place and started on the wing locker.
Image 2) I told Anne the wing locker is actually shoe storage, she has a thing for shoes, started the cut by poking holes near the corners. This layout is 35 mm away from final trim. Jus like always start in one corner and snip a little bit with each hand. I started in the lower right of this picture and cut up then left.
Image 3) Hole is open now and I cah reach in and transfer the rib and flange edges to the top skin. to layout the actual hole
