Trimmed the length of the legs 411mm bottom and 407mm top. Deburred edgeds and marked 10mm rivet line.
Image 2) 1/4" is just the right distance for center of bend. Flipped the part and marked both ways, no double lines.
Image 3) Lined up rivet line and end at 120mm from rib 1. Drilled and clecoed all but the spar tip area, there I onlt marked the holes with the drill to drill on the bench.
