Brief Description: Make fixture for wing light lens
After removing the bands the .025" 6061-T6 springs open to 90 degrees with a radius of about 18.5mm which makes it about .020" small. When I stick one of the nose ribs in there it opens right up to that size, so it's close enough for me.
Made some form ends from the Nose Rib Forms. Made them a little longer so it would support the test bend/ drape form.
