Brief Description: Fabricate Pitot Attachment 2 of 4
Checked the radius on the Pitot and it matches 1/2" EMT conduit perfectly. Clamped the EMT in the workmate and C-Clamped the MDF up from the bottom, then pressed the metal down to the table top to close up the bend. Did this both ways, that is I flipped the part over and did it from both sides of the part.
Image 2) Made an L setup in the vice to close it up some more. Clamped part between EMT and steel plate then positioned the works in the vice, piece of hardwood soft jaw forms the L, closed it up some more.
Image 3) Here I start forming the rear point radius using the handy dandy chunk of steel with a point on it. Mark a line and form with soft hammer
