Brief Description: Finish layout and drill both left and right skins
Set both skins on the cutting table and finished the layout of the rivet lines. Checked the Builders site and Dynon Avionics about pitot location and mounting before drilling.
Image 2) Line up the skins and clamp and cleco to cutting table. Center Punch, Drill 1/16" then open to 3/32" pilot holes.
Image 3) After deburring both skins, put the right one back in the rack and fitted and drill to #30 the Left Bottom Rear Wing Skin. Going to fit the Piano Hinge tomorrow, left those holes 3/32".
