Brief Description: Drilled both Upper Wing Skins today
Image 1) Had to erase layout and strat over. Once that was right, pulled another full sheet of .025 and trimmed it to size. Made left and right upper skins from that one layout. 382 holes.
Image 2) I drilled it twice after center punching. Started with a 1/16" then opened it to 3/32" all the intersections then clecoed it to the table top. The 1/16 bit takes the center of the hole out easier than the 3/32 and doesn't drift out of the center punch mark.
Deburred both parts while waiting for Anne to give me a hand putting the material away.
Image 3) Right skin is back in the rack. The left one is ready to fit to the skeleton.
