Brief Description:
Trim and layout rivet holes
Image 1) Setup cutting table and trimmed 6W8-3 for the left wing. The Olfa P-800 makes is easy.
Image 2) Set ^w8-3 on top of skeleton and transfer lines, need to do this again, I had it offset 120 not 102 like I shoud have. Oops!
Image 3) Layout of the crimp locations was transfered right from the ribs using clear acetate. Rivet locations from the print.
Ready to score with P-800
Transfer lines to 6W8-3
