Brief Description: Qualify and layout Rear Channels
Image 1) 93210 1 LB. DUAL DEAD BLOW HAMMER from Harbor Freight. Worked good for tapping the flanges in to place.
Image 2) Being just natrually lazy, here is how I layed out two bent parts at the same time. Lined them up on the 90 degree bend and matched the ends. Clamped them together at each end and to the table on one end. Streched the tape measure full length of table and marked each dimension on only one part. Came along later and using combination square and 1 2 3 blocks and scooted the blocks up to the mark then struck the lines along the bolcks.
