Brief Description:
Ream to 5/16 wing attach holes
Image 1) Check Dihedral measurements after bolting with four 1/4" bolts. It looks good.
Image 2) Align reamer with vee block, and ream away. Make sure to use lots of lube.
Open the holes up using four reamers starting with 1/4" and going up 1/64 each to finish with 5/16"
Always use four bolts and maybe a clamp to ream the two holes, one upper spar cap and one lower spar cap.
Check measurements
Align reamer with Vee Block
Ready to clean up
