Everything is held up parallel above the table on blocks so it is a slip fit. Marked the 3605 line on the wing spar and held that point to the center spar, extended the 355 line away from the center spar and measured the 3588 line from the spar tip.
Got everything lined up and didn't like the way it looked. Took Chris home and came back and looked again.
I ended up laying out both the inner and outer spars, red & blue and placed the bolt holes where they got the best hold. I offset from the original layout 2.5mm. I noticed that the rivet line of the wing spar didn't quite intersect the blue layout and I wanted to get it right the first time here.
I will drill this on a Milling machine so I can keep it normal to the surface in one setup.
Also filed and sanded the edges of the rear win spar today.
