Brief Description: Finish rest of the holes in the right spar
Remove the upper spar doublers and use rivets and some of the 10-24 screws , washers, and wing nuts to align the #12 holes. We want the web sitting on the table top to finish up the rest of the drilling on the outboard ends.
Drill up in steps, #30 then copper cleco between the silver ones.
Drill #20 then black cleco between the copper ones.
