Brief Description: Drill spar caps with square drill press.
The pilot drilling goes real well with this setup. I brush the drill bit, lube the tip, position the next hole by grasping the cleco and moving the part, then drill the hole. . . repeat.
Used a support at the ends of the table, and even had to rearrange the inside of my cabinet so the part wouldn't hit anything in there. Thats where the wing ribs were a few minutes ago.
