Brief Description: Layout Wing Spar Web & Fab Hat Stiffeners
I used different colors while marking up the part and circled the detail on the print with the same color to keep track of what had been done.
Yellow highlight means I have the material, Red Check means the part is blank is cut.
The green and brown are to segerate details.
Red circles and Black dots are pilot hole locations.
Cut and fabricated the Hat Stiffeners from .025 scrap I had laying around. Tried using visqueen in the press brake, worked good. I just held the visqueen folded, inserted part in the fold, made sure the bottom was covered and the backgage was touching the gage edge, flipped the top layer over the part and cycled the press. No tool marks from the tools.
