Brief Description: Making reliefs in the wing forms for the Crimps
I marked a tape measure with green reference marks and red reference marks to layout the bottom and top of the wing rib forms.
Ran bolt through two holes on the forms and layed out the crimp locations on both right & left forms. Extended the lines to the outer edge and then again extended the lines 90 degrees on to the outside of the form about 2" to help as a visual aid when I hand grind the reliefs. I also made a mark on this line about 5/8" in to be the depth of the relief.
I used a 6" straight die gringer with a 3/4" sanding drum, 120 grit and touched off and gained alignment then took it to depth little by little.
