Set ribs short flanges first then set the twist with the top side down to the table. Cleco the bottom side center out, front to back skipping every other hole.
Set twist in fixture, light pressure is all that is needed, top side up and cleco entire length of forward line center out skipping every other hole. The cleco ribs, again start from the center forward and word out and back. Set air pressure and paint and pull rivets following the same sequence, forward line first center out. Ribs forward line first center out, woking one line at a time towards the back. Remove all clecos from top and repeat the pattern. Rivet the ribs on the short flanges.
Flip part top side towards table and set twist. I held it down to the table with a couple of weights.
Rivet out from the center from the forward line and work towards the trailing edge one line at a time. Remove clecos and finish riveting.
I didn't rivet the trim tab to the hinge but the hinge is riveted to the aileron and safety wired. The trim tab horn is yet to be fabricated (6ato1-6). Both Right & Left Ailerons are ready to be hung. Now it's on to the Outboard Wing Spars, gonna have to go buy some more material for those.
