Brief Description: fit 6ATO-1-3, hinge, Cut outs for actuator
Formed joggles in one end of 6ATO-1-3 so it would fit inside of the rib.
Layed out rivet lines on 6ATO-1-3. Lined it up and began pilot drilling and clecoing in place the top side. Notice the tape handle, help to keep the loose part in control when positioning lines.
Flipped it over and did the same on the bottom of 6ATO-1-3. Opened all holes to 3/32 on the bottom & filled all of them with copper clecoes. Flipped it over to Fit the hinge and trim tab.
First had to remove the silver clecoes from 6ATO-1-3. Noticed the holes remained in location. Slid the hinge/trim tab in location and pilot drilled / clecoed the forward hinge. Enlarged holes for the copper clecoes and tested movement.
Layed out servo location and drilled mounting holes. Layed out location for the inspection cover and actuator, cut out holes.
