I completely silver clecoed the bottom while smoothing the skin out by hand, 1 hole at a time.
Then removed every othe silver cleco and drilled all the holes to 3/32 and installed the copper clecos every other hole. Then removed the rest of the silver clecos and drilled all those holes and placed clecoes in all the holes.
The I fixtured the part top side up and lined up the forward line and drilled every other hole working from the center out left then right. (no pictures)
Then it was just a matter of working the metal skin and rib lines into place and drilling out each hole.
Finished by removing all clecoes and deburring all parts to get ready for priming.
