Image 1 shows how the parts were transported in my van, they went to the shop as flat material and returned taped closed so they would fit under the rear seat.

The bends needed to be finshed by hand and stomp press. The 90 was pretty easy using only my fingers. The 106 degree bend was done in steps using 1/4" masonite strips a little bigger than the palms of my hands. I held the masonite in my palms and squeezed the metal closed between them. Moving along the break line only about 2 " for each squeeze and checking with eye and protractor. It was a good workout for the chest muscles
