Brief Description: Marked ribs and lined em up and drilled
3/32" drilled short rib flange first while holding the rib down and back. Flipped part over and held it flat to table with straps while drilling the next longest rib lines. Flipped it back over, Image 2, and help it in place with straps. I had the short skin flange overlapping on the outside initially untill I realized it went on the inside, between the rib and skin.
I made a fixture out of some scraps, Image 3, that held the line of the table, angled 2" x 4" x 4" screwed to the riser 2" x 4" x 4' end, with a block of 3/4" plywood pressed close the the trailing edge of the flap and screwed in place. There are 4 of these and when the straps are tightened it all holds it all in place real nice. I just moved the blocks under the straps to drill the ribs.
