Brief Description:  Qualify and finish form Flap Skins

I taped the flap skin, (pic 1 right side) for transport in the van. Once home they were un taped and qualified. The 73 and 90 degree bends were first made correct, then it was time to make the 163 degree bend.

Using skill and available technology, angles, clamps, screws, 3/4" MDF, and a set of helping hands, the 200 lb. gravity feed press was deployed to make the final bend.

Measured 8.5" from 25mm flange and lined up the 4' x 8' MDF and screwed it to the table 4 times so it would not slide away from the part. I have 1/4 shim stock to prevent overbending. I gave it a few controlled stomps and got some nice looking bends.
