I had Lowes cut all the sheets like the directions in http://ch601.org/tools/Visio-12%20foot%20work%20table.pdf
It was necessary to discard a couple pieces because the guys who cut went to the wide side of 6" and came up short on their last cuts of the 3/8 sheet. Had some T-111 and made some patch pieces and glued and screwed the box beams. After the glue set I took them to a friend and had them joined on one side so they were real flat.
