Brief Description:
Layout, cut, and bend air vents 2 of 5
Cut out the holes using the fly cutter and a backing piece clamped down to the table.
Bend long bends in leaf break, outer flanges were bent with flanging pliers.
Center 50 degree bend was by hand using pieces of MDF.
Layed out the 50 degree lines, bend and trim, on the side flanges. Trim away the extra on the side flanges.
Cut out holes, clamp it down
Trim away the extra
