Center punch in the center of the line on the rib flange
Drill one pilot hole hole (silver cleco)
Cleco the one hole, line up the line and mark the bottom hole through the web.
Remove rib cleco and center punch and drill the next hole in the flange.
Center punch on line
Drill the one hole
Mark the bottom hole
