Brief Description: Add stop ring to nose gear

Cleaned things up and struck line to place the stop ring. Tacked end of 1/8" welding wire on the line and need to run out to the airport to get clamps to keep at home. Tacked it around and trimmed the end. Stitch welded the ring in place.

95mm or 3.75" is close enough
