Brief Description: Gascolator heatshield and cowling attach

Screwed the heatshield in place, might make it sloted holes for later removal without having to completey remove the fasteners. Adjusted the canopy hinge with washers, then attached the cowling. Closed up the access panel for the fuel gage float. Added handles to the inside of the canopy, just need to tug it in a little while latching.
