Brief Description: Make step tube pilot to connect the step
When the step was position at the correct location only about 2mm of the left tube fit inside the right tube. Made a 70mm step tube from 3/4" drill rod and bored the id out to .08 wall on the heavy end.
Once everything was in place I riveted the cross tubes in place with A5 stainless rivets.
