Went over to the Home Depot Aircraft Supplies and got this wall paper border paste applicator to hold the print in place while I mark and cut the holes in the IP.
Cleaned panel with lacquer thinner then alcohol so nothing came up on the white rags. Applied a coating of paste, set the paper and squeeged it out.
