Brief Description: Drill and cleco rear top skin 1 of 3
Clamped 1/8" x 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" 6061-T6 angle along upper longeron, taped down the right side and removed the wood.
Here are a few sequence photos.
With the right side taped and clamped you can open the other side and reach inside to back drill with a long 3/32" for pilot holes through the bulkheads. Did one cleco row at a time working from center out.
With the angle still clamped in place, drill several strategic pilot holes through upper longeron, no need to drill through angle. Remove angle and place clecoes. Finish drilling longeron pilot holes.
