Today I worked on modifying the baffle of the left tank for the fuel sender in the 2nd bay due to a flop tube going in the first bay. I used a fly cutter to cut the hole in the baffle for the sender and then used the fly cutter to cut out the center of what would normally be the tank cover plate to use as a reinforcing ring for the fuel sender. Finally, I match drilled all the plate nut attach and screw holes through the reinforcing plate and in to the baffle.
