I started out the day by priming the tie down assemblies and the steel push-pull tubes. I then moved on to installing the tie down assemblies and W-823PP bellcrank brackets to the spar. All of the bolts were torqued to 28 in-lbs and torque seal was applied.
I then used a step drill to enlarge the hole in the left spar for the stall warning wire run. I installed the bushing from the stall warner kit.
I moved on to the rear spar assembly. I deburred the edges of the W-707-A, -D, -E, -F and -G for both the left and right rear spars. I had to use a file to get in the tight spaces of W-707-G. I then clamped the W-707-E and -F doubler plates to the right rear spar.
