Spent a good hour with drawings and manual to see where I am and where to go. Drilled all ribs and baffle holes. Outboard zee brackett has one figure 8 hole from combining Dan C and Vans instructions. I think I will just put a rivet on each side at minimum edge distance from the hole and leave it. Countersinks came out well.
