I realized that I forgot to put RTV on the ends of the RH elevator stiffeners. I called Scott at Van's tech. support and he said not to worry about it. He said the .020 skins on the RV-7 have not had a tendency to crack.
Riveted the LH elevator sub structurer and cleoced on the skin, with RTV this time.
