Match drilled HS-404/405 holes inboard of the rib attach points. Measured, marked, and tapered ends of HS-810-1 reinforcement angle and HS-814-1 splice angle using a bench grinder and block sander. Using a vise, blocks of wood, and a mallet, bent outboard ends of HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 to an angle of 6 degrees.
