With the controls done as much as I can for now I moved on to the wheel pants today. these arrived a couple of weeks ago now. First they needed to be sanded on the bottom to get a straight edge, they come quite wavy from the factory. Then I measured and marked the position of the axles and used a 1.75" hole saw to cut the required hole. Finally I used my dremel tool with a cut-off wheel to cut the slot towards the hole.
