Tonight I took the left axle and wheel off, took them apart, and drilled the hole for the cotter pin. Then reinstalled everything and bolted it all up permanently. Off course I then proceeded an put her on her own legs. Finally! I still need to install the tail wheel though, I've had that on order for a while now, seems to be taking some time to get here.
